Originally from Pine Orchard, CT, Beth grew up with an appreciation of the arts and all things creative thanks to her very creative mother, Joan Somerby Brennan.  Much to Beth’s delight, she can see the tradition continues in the very creative endeavors of her three daughters.

After almost a lifetime of drawing with graphite and charcoal, Beth has studied oil painting and drawing locally in recent years and enjoys creating animal portraits in oil from photographs.  Her background also includes working with stained glass and enjoys designing and creating stained and leaded glass windows and doors. 

Beth lives in Massachusetts, and has been a member of the BlueSkies Studios since its inception in August 2007.
